Himadri Sen Gupta, a PhD student in the NetSys Research Lab, has recently been honored with a selection for the prestigious IISE Future Faculty Fellows (3F) program for the academic year 2023-2024. This accomplishment is particularly noteworthy given the highly competitive nature of the program, which received a multitude of applications from exceptionally qualified candidates from various universities across the US.

The IISE 3F program aims to equip future faculty members with a comprehensive understanding of the academic job market and to furnish them with essential skills to navigate the faculty hiring process successfully.
